RushComm RushComm
NAME
RushComm - A commodity to start or wakeup Rush
SYNOPSIS
RushComm will startup Rush, if it is not running or wake it up
if it is iconified.
FUNCTION
RushComm looks for a public port named "RUSH.1". If this port
exists it sends a CTRL-F signal to the port and Rush will bring
its screen to front.
If this port is not found, then it will start Rush.
INPUTS
The options for RushComm are as follows:
CX_PRIORITY/K/N - Sets commodity hotkey priority. Defaults to 0.
HOTKEY/S - The hotkey you wish to assign to this
magnificent piece of software. Defaults to "ctrl `"
RUSHLOCATION/S - Fully qualified name of your Rush executable.
Defaults to "SYS:Copyprg/Rush"
EXAMPLE
When run from the Shell:
run >NIL: <NIL: RushComm "HOTKEY=control r" "RUSHLOCATION=DH1:Utilities/Rush"
When run from WorkBench, it parses the tooltypes. Remember to add a
"DONOTWAIT" if you place RushComm in your WBStartup drawer.
